Sponsor CART
The Colorado Association of Reproductive Technologists recognizes the value of good vendor relationships and the important role these companies play in enhancing our field. We understand that it is mutually beneficial to include our vendor friends. As a vendor member, two company representatives may attend any and all events free of charge, and a third for $70. Open marketing of products (handing out flyers, samples etc.) will not be permitted UNLESS you are sponsoring the event, but individual discussions with other attendees about company products and services will be allowed. The vendors will benefit from having the opportunity to network with CART members, while technologists may have questions for specific vendors.
Vendor members have the option to sponsor a specific event, in which case three representatives from the sponsoring vendor will have the opportunity to attend and give a short presentation (12 min max) on a topic of their choice. Marketing materials may also be used by the sponsoring vendor, including a banner. Your logo will also appear on the invitation and opening slide.
Vendors also have the opportunity to reach a larger audience by sponsoring our annual Educational Seminar. Since this event is open to doctors and other medical staff, it is a unique opportunity to shed some light on products and services to a broader audience.
